Recruiter (Advanced Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Contribute to hiring strategy and workforce planning for immediate and long-term business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Source candidates through internal databases, networking, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and scheduling throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze candidate feedback and recruitment metrics to improve talent acquisition processes and reduce time to fill.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth advanced manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking software and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
