Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Nampa, Idaho, United States

Salary: $61,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting process, including attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing talent.
• Build candidate pipelines for entry-level, technical, leadership, and other manufacturing roles.
• Partner directly with hiring teams and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
• Fill open positions efficiently while applying recruiting guidelines and adapting to hiring needs.
• Lead and support recruiting improvement initiatives, simplify processes, and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain confidential files and apply SEL values, operating principles, and manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related professional experience.
• Typically 2 or more years of recruiting experience.
• Experience attracting and sourcing candidates and building pipelines for roles at different levels.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage up to 30 positions simultaneously.
• Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills; satisfactory background check and negative drug test required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical recruiting environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System tools.
