Recruiter (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Build sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent across technical, business, and manufacturing teams.
• Run efficient, high-signal, compliant interviews and selection processes.
• Track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Advise leaders on talent markets while contributing to employer branding and broader Talent initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing complex offers, including negotiations involving compensation and equity packages.
• Strong communication, organization, proactive prioritization, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR regulations.
