What you will do

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt internal and external positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate requisitions, interviews, candidate communication, offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning, hiring events, market intelligence, and recruiting projects across assigned territories.
• Build relationships with industry associations, colleges, hiring managers, and HR colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience in a services or related industry.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and selecting exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse populations, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based software systems.
