What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans, and success profiles.
• Source candidates through outreach, job boards, career fairs, networking, and passive engagement.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and manage candidate progression.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and data in Greenhouse ATS.
• Support employer branding, recruiting events, and process improvements that enhance efficiency, fairness, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• ATS experience; Greenhouse is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; temporary visa holders and candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or skilled trades.
• Experience with high-growth hiring or organizational scaling.
• Familiarity with structured and competency-based interviewing.
• Experience with employer branding, talent marketing, or recruiting events.
