Salary: $73,100–$135,700 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and lead strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with commercial business objectives, with a focus on the Fairport manufacturing site.
• Design advanced sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, team dynamics, talent supply, and compensation trends.
• Analyze recruitment data and market insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and support business decisions.
• Support new-hire transitions and initiatives that improve retention and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or applicable HR work within a global organization.
• Experience independently leading recruitment initiatives and making strategic decisions aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing, current search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong recruitment analytics, market insight, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Established commercial-sector network and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to a dynamic environment, and operate within standardized business systems.
