IT Support Engineer (Semiconductors)

Location: Tianjin (Weiwu), China; onsite factory support with rotating night shifts

hirify.global operates a semiconductor assembly and test factory supported by a global IT organization.

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support and timely service delivery for the semiconductor assembly and test factory.
• Diagnose and resolve IT system and technical issues for local and international colleagues.
• Work with the global IT team to standardize IT support procedures.
• Drive further improvements to IT support processes and services.
• Potentially provide remote support to global factories.
• Work an 8-hour, 5-day schedule or a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid basic knowledge of computer systems and strong communication skills.
• Ability to organize data and produce reports; formal IT Help Desk experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required.
• Willingness to work rotating night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
