What you will do

  • Develop and implement a unified EHS strategy across all sites.
  • Establish and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Manage foundry hazards, machinery safety, chemical controls, fire prevention, and environmental programs covering waste, emissions, and water usage.
  • Develop emergency response plans, conduct drills, deliver EHS training, and enforce contractor and work permit requirements.
  • Implement energy efficiency, carbon reduction, recycling, water conservation, sustainable procurement, and renewable energy initiatives while supporting ESG reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD requirements, environmental regulations, and company standards.
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Ability to manage industrial EHS risks, including foundry, machinery, chemical, fire, waste, emissions, and water-related hazards.
  • Ability to coordinate with government authorities, external inspectors, contractors, and senior leadership.
