What you will do
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
- Plan resources and coordinate personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for scheduled maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment, plant, and utilities availability issues and maintain statistical and technical maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with divisions and stakeholders to develop schedules, evaluate progress, and recommend improved planning practices.
- Use SAP and other software to implement maintenance plans and maintain historical records and databases.
- Support contractor KPI development and measurement while ensuring compliance with HSE and SHE procedures.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or at least 8 years with a diploma.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance activities.
- Excellent organization, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience in large organizations and sound judgment under pressure.
- Strategic management skills and commitment to HSE requirements.
