hirify.global provides helicopter aircraft maintenance and operational support through Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance.

What you will do

• Manage, assign, and monitor the site maintenance team’s daily duties.
• Ensure scheduled, unscheduled, preventive, corrective, servicing, and routine helicopter maintenance is completed on time, cost, and quality targets.
• Verify aircraft status, scheduled tasks, deferred items, serviceability, and sign the aircraft Release to Service.
• Monitor operational issues, report incidents, provide KPI updates, and communicate performance to management.
• Control aircraft parts and materials and ensure all work is properly documented and signed.
• Lead, evaluate, and train maintenance technicians on manuals, safety directives, and FOD procedures.

Requirements

• Professional experience in aircraft or helicopter maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of aviation, safety, quality, maintenance, and export control regulations.
• Ability to lead experienced maintenance technicians in a customer environment.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot, and service helicopter systems.
• Ability to work in compliance with Airbus Helicopters management systems, policies, and procedures.
