Area Maintenance Foreman (Petrochemical)

What you will do

• Supervise contractor execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with company standards and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Record maintenance execution in the CMMS for the SATORP plant.
• Support planning and scheduling activities and assist reliability teams with bad-actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and discuss maintenance performance in regular meetings.
• Coordinate job-specific personnel training with the Head of HR and reinforce safety requirements during execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high school education, 10+ years with a diploma, or 7+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of refining equipment, maintenance contracts, and safety rules.
• Proven leadership experience in large organizations.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and judgment under pressure.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
