Field Quality Leader (Gas Services)

What you will do

• Reduce avoidable non-conformance costs by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Lead the deployment of field quality and tooling quality strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints through effective root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate preventive-action workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards showing quality trends and improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in field service operations and project execution.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Experience leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
