Talent Acquisition Consultant – Technical Recruiter, Digital

Location: Chicago, United States. Current U.S. work authorization required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology and digital consulting positions across the United States and Canada.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Recruit for specialized skill sets including AI, CRM, Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, enterprise applications, and related digital technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Resource Management, Compensation, Operations, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Conduct recruiter screens, prepare candidate summaries, support interviews, and coordinate offer processes.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in Workday and other recruiting systems while providing recruiting pipeline and market updates.

Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional services, technology, staffing, or executive search environment.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals, preferably in enterprise applications, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organization, communication, time-management, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI, CRM, Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud, ERP, enterprise applications, or related digital technologies.
• Workday Recruiting experience.
• Exposure to immigration, work authorization, or mobility processes.
