Customer Reliability Engineer (Rotating Equipment): Providing on-site reliability engineering and technical support for customer rotating equipment and sealing systems with an accent on failure analysis, maintenance, and equipment optimization. Location: Turiaf, Saudi Arabia; on-site customer support required

What you will do
- Perform reliability analyses of customer rotating equipment, focusing on sealing system performance and optimization.
- Lead and support root cause analysis investigations through site assessments, data collection, analysis, reporting, and customer presentations.
- Troubleshoot field equipment issues and develop corrective actions with customer teams.
- Provide on-site technical support for John Crane products, including measurements, inspections, installation, commissioning, dismantling, and assembly of mechanical seals.
- Present technical recommendations that support reliability improvements, RCA activities, and sales opportunities.
- Follow company standards, quality requirements, and safety policies while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience with rotating equipment and sealing systems, particularly maintenance, reliability, and asset performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment reliability principles, industrial plant operations, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience with work management systems, turnaround planning, maintenance planning, and scheduling.
- Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience working in a proactive, multinational, and multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the John Crane product portfolio.
- Certifications in Vibration Analysis, Machinery Lubrication, Thermography, CRE, or CMRP.
- Arabic language skills.
