Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote — work from anywhere globally

hirify.global builds software-based health, insurance, and retirement products for remote workers as part of a global social safety net.

What you will do

• Lead product design initiatives from conception through final execution.
• Improve design processes and develop strategies to raise the quality of design outputs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to maintain consistent experiences.
• Evolve and ensure adherence to the design system.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful solutions.
• Experience designing user experiences in insurance, finance, or other compliance-regulated sectors.
• Ability to design beyond individual screens by considering dependencies, user flows, and long-term product architecture.
• Proficiency with Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting usability testing and communicating design ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to understand broader business and product strategy.
