Product Analyst II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States; onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: $116,000–$145,000 gross per annum, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Own funnel performance across acquisition, onboarding and KYC, activation, funding, first spend, and retention.
• Analyze unit economics, customer spending and funding behavior, costs, revenue, and product growth opportunities.
• Own roadmap initiatives from opportunity identification and impact sizing through requirements, engineering delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• Build data models, dashboards, self-service analytical tools, and AI-assisted workflows for Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests; lead customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, campaign measurement, and attribution.
• Support Global Card launches in new geographies and translate customer research and data into product recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, data analytics, product management, or a related quantitative role.
• Experience with financial services and consumer-facing products.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and aggregations, plus experience designing data models and structures.
• Builder mindset with experience automating reporting and understanding how products work, not only how they are measured.
• Fluency with AI-first tools and workflows and a strong interest in solving customer problems through data.
• Ability to work onsite in the Arlington office Tuesday through Thursday under the hybrid-work expectations.
