Customer Experience Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite at our NYC HQ

Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer experience across Slack, email, and chat channels.
• Translate resolved customer questions into technical documentation and runbooks for AI agents.
• Structure and tag ticket data to build reporting and provide analytical insights to leadership.
• Develop deep product expertise to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Act as the connective tissue between customer feedback and the product development team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role such as management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup operations.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, professional responses and memos.
• Comfort with technical tasks including reading error messages, navigating logs, and debugging integrations.
• High proficiency in using AI tools in daily workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with accounting and finance professionals.
• Must be able to work full-time in-office at our NYC headquarters.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to accounting, audit, or finance workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data analysis.
