Product Analytics Associate Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually

hirify.global is a digital health company using AI Digital Twin technology, clinical care, and data from wearable devices and meal logs to improve metabolic health outcomes.

What you will do

• Support Product Managers and area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests, write tracking queries, validate data quality, and summarize results.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for scoped tables and metrics under senior guidance.
• Build and update dashboard and report components in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Work with Data Engineers to learn the data architecture and gradually take on small pipeline tasks.
• Document data dictionaries and metric definitions, communicate findings, and identify improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role; internships and co-ops count.
• Solid SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Exposure to dbt or the ability to quickly learn data modeling and transformation practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake is preferred, with BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent experience also accepted.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
