Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems (Compensation and Core HCM) (Workday): Enhancing Workday Compensation and Core HCM solutions through configuration, system administration, issue resolution, and scalable People Systems delivery with an accent on reporting, security, advanced compensation cycles, and process improvement. Focus on designing solutions from requirements and fit-gap analysis, testing new releases, automating processes, and enabling adoption through documentation and training.

What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions.
- Support change requests, enhancements, issue resolution, and system administration across Workday modules.
- Configure security, complex reports, business processes, and bulk data processing.
- Review, test, and implement Workday features, fixes, and releases.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable solutions with partner teams.
- Drive process improvement and automation while creating procedures, documentation, and training materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with Core HCM and Compensation.
- Experience supporting 1–2 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches.
- Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, and UAT.
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB, and security administration.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing solutions.
- Ability to work onsite at the Petaling Jaya office in Malaysia.
