Senior Enterprise HR Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Location: George Town, Penang, Malaysia; onsite role with no remote work available

What you will do

• Administer and support SuccessFactors and other HR applications in collaboration with HRIS colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and analyse issues reported by end users.
• Support regular system updates and patches in line with vendor and partner cycles.
• Help define HR processes and support tool selection and implementation.
• Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers as required.
• Create system documentation, including functional design specifications and standard operating procedures, and generate HR Operations reports and metrics.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and knowledge of best practices.
• Understanding of HR data, processes, tools, system configuration, and logic.
• Fluent English.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, collaboration, and consultation skills.
• Qualification demonstrating strong analytical skills; GCSE-level education or an apprenticeship in HR, IT, or Business.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills required for the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors or another HRIS.
• Experience managing Jira and using ServiceNow ticketing tools.
• HR or SAP certification.
