Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Selma, TX, United States of America. Onsite production leadership role. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to data controlled under ITAR.

What you will do

• Lead production planning, product design, scheduling, manufacturing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive daily improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics through root-cause corrective action and structured problem-solving.
• Coordinate the transition of new products and technologies into manufacturing work cells, including acceptance criteria and transfer checklists.
• Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement, MDI, Kaizen, and DMAIC methods across production operations.
• Manage capacity planning, staffing, tooling, equipment, facilities, and make-versus-buy decisions with Supply Chain partners.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, create talent development plans, and build high-performing teams through leadership and cross-training.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required, including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted refugee or asylum status in the United States.
• 10+ years of operations or new product development experience across production, planning, quality, purchasing, engineering, supply chain, finance, human resources, and information systems.
• Proven team leadership experience; 5+ years of people management experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices and principles.
• Strong analytical, scientific problem-solving, project management, time management, and resource planning skills.
• B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience.
