Supervisor, Manufacturing - DAP (Nights)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift

Salary: $75,000–$112,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead Pack 7 device assembly and packaging operations on a 12-hour 2/2/3 night-shift schedule from 18:00 to 06:30.
• Direct production staff, coordinate support teams, schedule activities, and maintain product flow across operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA and international regulations, SOX requirements, SHE standards, and company procedures.
• Manage training, performance development, employee relations, documentation, production logs, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead deviation investigations, defect responses, change controls, equipment qualification, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with process, OE, and PET engineers to optimize equipment, facilities, and manufacturing performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a production environment with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing technical programs or projects and participating in cross-functional teams.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead employees, provide training, manage performance, and maintain effective employee relations.
• Must work onsite in Blue Ash, Ohio, on the assigned night-shift schedule.
• Visa and work authorization sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, a related science, or business.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing and knowledge of LDMS, Microsoft applications, or SAP.
• Experience with formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, or change control.
• Project management experience.
