BTR-Marketing Manager

Location: Arlington, United States; overnight travel required

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and refine strategic marketing plans for Build-to-Rent rental communities.
• Increase engagement and brand awareness for the BTR Marketplace and improve investor experiences.
• Present investment opportunities and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Review marketing materials and property information packages against branding standards.
• Improve marketing processes, workflow management, content, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on digital marketing, CRM communications, market research, content, and client engagement.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
• Ability to create engaging visual, narrative, and community-specific content.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and manage expenses.
• Ability to maintain branding standards, templates, best practices, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to travel overnight.
