What you will do

• Represent residential properties and support sales activities.
• Use sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Communicate and interact effectively with prospective customers.
• Apply written, oral, and application-based instructions in daily work.
• Work in outdoor conditions and navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and properties.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive during daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including up to a full eight-hour day, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use sales applications and perform work requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and visual focus.

Nice to have

• State-specific sales licensing, where required.
• Prior CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience and industry knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
