Multifamily Superintendent (Construction)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, with travel among designated communities and onsite jobsite responsibilities

What you will do

• Prepare construction sites, temporary facilities, preconstruction meetings, and daily project activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, quality, budgets, and project documentation.
• Enforce safety, environmental, construction, and company standards for all onsite personnel.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, back charges, invoices, field logs, and subcontractor records.
• Complete punch lists and support the transition of finished projects to property and asset management.
• Train assistant superintendents and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, officials, inspectors, and homeowners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of supervisory construction experience focused on large multifamily and commercial building projects.
• Valid driver’s license, a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, and willingness to drive between designated communities during daytime and nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and construction-site applications.
• Ability to schedule multifamily projects using SureTrak, Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar software.
• Ability to work additional hours and perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 certification, with an OSHA 10-hour minimum.
• Dust control certification.
