KAM (Laundry)

Location: Kwai Fong, Hong Kong; standard office and field-based work with regular travel to customer sites within Hong Kong

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to achieve annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop new business opportunities, conduct customer visits, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Prepare product application plans and proposals independently or with the Technical Application team.
• Maintain sales forecasts, account profitability plans, pipeline activities, and monthly reports.
• Monitor customer information, competitor activity, industry trends, and laundry and hygiene processes.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, hygiene solutions, product applications, and industry standards.
• Strong sales, key-account management, communication, customer relationship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• English presentation skills and regular travel to customer sites within Hong Kong are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with laundry and washing processes and operations.
• Previous team management or leadership experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or willingness to obtain one.
