Sales Manager (Energy Storage)

Location: Huntsman Campus, Shanghai, China; onsite

What you will do

• Manage global and regional key accounts in energy storage and transportation-related markets.
• Develop new business opportunities through industry and market research.
• Provide commercial service and technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Work with the technical service team to optimize system solutions and support business growth.
• Deliver sales volume, revenue, spending, forecast accuracy, product mix, and margin targets.
• Manage customer relationships, receivables, debts, and inventory while maintaining zero bad debt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science.
• 10+ years of experience in technical support or technical sales in adhesives, coatings, polyurethane, or specialty chemicals.
• In-depth knowledge of the related industry and key market players.
• Knowledge of polyurethane products and applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English and good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, persistence, and action-oriented skills.
