Location: Columbus, OH, United States; in-office Monday through Thursday and hybrid remote or in-office on Friday, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00

What you will do

• Lead delivery across multiple projects, maintaining quality, coordination, milestone readiness, design intent, and code/life-safety strategy.
• Drive QA/QC, cross-discipline coordination, peer reviews, and documented issue closure before deliverable issuance.
• Identify coordination, constructability, scope, schedule, and code risks early, developing options and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants to produce constructible, well-coordinated drawings and specifications.
• Delegate work, provide actionable markups and feedback, and coach team members toward greater independence.
• Track decisions, lessons learned, deliverable status, roadblocks, and next steps across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture degree; a NAAB-accredited program is preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in the design and/or architecture industry.
• Licensed Architect.
• Advanced Revit knowledge, including independent delivery of drawing packages and teaching best practices.
• Advanced production-ready visualization skills with SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Strong delegation, coaching, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and reliable follow-through.
