What you will do

• Lead project teams in planning work and resolving technical and design detail problems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, documentation standards, and QA/QC processes.
• Prepare and present design concepts, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate BIM or other 3D model data, software parameters, consultants, vendors, contractors, and public agencies.
• Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings while coordinating shop drawings, samples, reports, and approvals.
• Mentor less experienced staff and maintain communication with clients and project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent education or experience.
• 8 or more years of experience.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in the applicable region, where licensure is offered.
• Experience with architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, specifications, BIM, and project coordination.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in architecture.
• NCARB registration.
• LEED accreditation or LEED Green Associate certification.
