Project Architect (Revit)

What you will do

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, systems, pricing documents, and outline specifications.
• Produce accurate, coordinated construction drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural work with other disciplines and external consultants while leading the production of finished design documents.
• Review shop drawings and submittals, support construction managers and subcontractors, and participate in construction observation.
• Resolve field problems, respond to RFIs, prepare field orders and addenda, and maintain record drawings and specifications.
• Plan discipline work, monitor schedules and budgets, direct technical staff, and mentor assigned team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited curriculum is required; a master’s degree in architecture is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Licensed Professional Architect.
• Proficiency in Revit and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to visit other locations and perform physical activities including standing, walking, crouching, and lifting or carrying 10–50 pounds.
