Hospitality Architect

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work away from the office on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound architectural solutions for hospitality projects.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, project documentation, design intent, and budgets.
• Lead collaboration across integrated and cross-functional project teams.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop technical solutions for complex assignments.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures, practice standards, and BIM requirements into project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff, participate in client presentations, and support project schedules and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong technical design, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and continuous-learning skills.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
