What you will do

• Lead architectural planning and design for technically complex, schedule-driven projects.
• Review team deliverables and ensure alignment with design intent, brand standards, prototype requirements, and project objectives.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents with emphasis on constructability, coordination, and efficient delivery.
• Apply building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and local standards to resolve design challenges.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, developers, contractors, clients, and retailers throughout project delivery.
• Perform final QA/QC reviews, support proposals and budgeting, and mentor architectural staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture from a 5-year program or Master of Architecture from a 6-year program at a NAAB-accredited institution.
• At least 12 years of job-related experience.
• Registered Architect status with NCARB certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
