What you will do
- Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration across projects.
- Manage construction administration and quality control.
- Participate in client and agency meetings.
- Mentor Job Captains and junior designers.
- Lead technical delivery across multiple project types.
Requirements
- Active architectural license.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction delivery.
- Strong communication skills and confidence as a technical leader.
- Ability to work in-office in Honolulu.
