Senior Architect (Hospitality)

Location: Chicago or Minneapolis, United States. Four days per week in the office, with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays.

Salary: $84,700–$144,430 USD per year, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead project development, client relationships, and project implementation with the Project Manager and Project Designer.
• Oversee project documentation, quality assurance and control, practice standards, and protocol compliance.
• Coordinate conceptual design and technical strategies across all building-design disciplines.
• Align design intent with project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Present design and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and support teams in producing high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Architecture and professional licensure.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architecture experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to coordinate architectural design solutions.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architecture software.
• Ability to lead sustainable design principles in technical plans and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and a current PDF portfolio or work samples.
