Location: Cincinnati, OH, US; in-office Monday through Thursday and hybrid remote or in-office on Friday

What you will do

• Lead delivery across multiple projects, maintaining quality, coordination, milestone readiness, design intent, and code/life-safety strategy.
• Drive QA/QC, cross-discipline coordination, peer reviews, and documented issue closure through project issuance and construction administration.
• Identify constructability, coordination, scope, and schedule risks early and develop recovery options.
• Delegate work, provide actionable markups and feedback, and coach team members to improve quality and independence.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to produce buildable, consistent drawing packages and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture degree; a NAAB-accredited program is preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in the design and/or architecture industry.
• Licensed Architect.
• Advanced Revit knowledge, including independent delivery of drawing packages and teaching best practices.
• Advanced production-ready visualization skills with SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Strong delegation, coaching, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
