Annual salary for Specialty Account Manager Level 5: $158,931–$215,025. Account Manager Level 4 salary: $145,311–$196,597.

What you will do

  • Represent UPLIZNA with physicians and healthcare professionals and drive product demand through disease-state and product education.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Manage customer accounts and coordinate hirify.global field teams to address access, reimbursement, patient services, and site-of-care needs.
  • Build relationships with healthcare institutions, office staff, infusion centers, and integrated delivery networks.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options and communicate territory results to internal stakeholders.
  • Attend medical congresses, manage promotional and operational budgets, complete required training, and maintain accurate administrative records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; equivalent requirements apply for doctorate, master’s, or associate degrees.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, hospital sales, or pharma account management.
  • Experience with reimbursement navigation, patient access coordination, site-of-care education, and coordination with office staff, infusion centers, and patient services teams.
  • Ability to build customer relationships, explain complex disease states, and adapt communication for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 80%, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments.

Nice to have

  • Buy-and-bill, biologic, or infusion experience.
  • Sales experience in rheumatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, hematology, neurology, or rare and specialty disease states.
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
