Location: Dallas South, Texas, United States. The territory requires approximately 30% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments. No relocation assistance is provided.
Annual salary: $145,311–$196,597 for Account Manager Level 4; $158,931–$215,025 for Specialty Account Manager Level 5.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals and establish product sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals.
- Drive product demand through education on rare disease, TEPEZZA, and approved product information.
- Coordinate with patient services, market access, and other field teams to address access, pull-through, reimbursement, and account needs.
- Build customer relationships and educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings, manage the assigned budget, and complete administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience for Account Manager Level 4; equivalent associate degree or high school/GED pathways are accepted with additional experience.
- For Specialty Account Manager Level 5: doctorate with 2 years, master's degree with 6 years, bachelor's degree with 8 years, or associate degree with 10 years of combined account management, sales, and commercial experience.
- Pharmaceutical account management selling experience and the ability to coordinate across field teams are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Approximately 30% travel is required, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
- The role covers Dallas South, Texas, and no relocation assistance is provided.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill success, biologic or infusion experience, and site-of-care or reimbursement experience.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology, endocrinology, or rare and specialty disease areas.
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
