Global Category Sr. Manager - Business Intelligence (Biotech)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and business intelligence procurement best practices.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business growth, commercialization, and go-to-market objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with Global and US Marketing, Global Customer Capabilities, Finance, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
• Co-create supplier-enabled solutions and drive innovation, operational efficiency, and category value delivery.
• Capture, quantify, and recognize value across the pipeline while influencing budgeting and P&L decisions.
• Lead procurement initiatives, change programs, and performance improvements across global matrixed teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Commercialization Contracting frameworks and/or advanced Sourcing Excellence practices.
• Strong background in Business Intelligence Procurement within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Doctorate with 2 years, master's degree with 4 years, bachelor's degree with 6 years, associate's degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant business partnering, marketing, or related experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Experience leading and aligning global, matrixed teams across business units, functions, and geographies.
