Technical Sales and Field Service Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The role includes two to three full days per week in the office, one to two days on job sites, territory development, travel for training, and relocation assistance.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base per year, negotiable based on experience, plus an additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.

What you will do

• Provide application engineering and design support for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects.
• Support inside sales, outside sales, quotes, submittals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage installation schedules, procurement coordination, and project support through completion.
• Visit job sites and provide hands-on technical support, wiring assistance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Build relationships with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
• Research new business opportunities and develop the assigned customer territory.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience.
• Four-year technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, or a science-oriented discipline preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel for training and field assignments.
• Engineering graduates must complete the FE Exam in their area of study within six months of employment if it has not already been completed.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
