Order Management Associate Scientist (Biotechnology)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Understand customer project requirements and review order details for accurate project initiation.
• Place internal gene orders and coordinate protein project plans within production capacity and agreed timelines.
• Monitor end-to-end project progress, milestones, delivery timelines, and status communications.
• Analyze unexpected technical issues, provide scientific interpretation, and coordinate resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with production, project management, quality control, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement of production workflows and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Biology or a related life-science discipline.
• Background in the biological or biotechnology industry.
• Strong technical competency and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology.
• At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with recombinant protein or antibody expression and purification.
