Associate Director, SAP Internal Warehouse and Serialization (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model.

Salary: $142,500–$256,500 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy and roadmap for internal warehousing and pharmaceutical serialization.
• Own SAP EWM, SAP ATTP, and SAP ICH as the Digital product owner.
• Lead solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, support, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate SAP capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, manufacturing systems, packaging lines, logistics providers, and external partners.
• Improve warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, material flow, traceability, serialization compliance, and operational resilience.
• Lead employees, contractors, vendors, budgets, risks, KPIs, and delivery commitments while communicating progress and value to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience delivering enterprise technology or SAP solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, or application management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization, traceability, warehouse processes, SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, and integration with MM, PP, QM, and SD.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, cross-functional programs, and systems in regulated GxP environments.
• Experience with warehouse automation, barcode technologies, mobile devices, printing, robotics, material-handling systems, SAP Business Technology Platform, or SAP Joule.

Nice to have

• Experience leading global SAP deployments or building high-performing teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SAP Joule or other AI-enabled capabilities supporting SAP processes.
