SAP EWM Lead Consultant

What you will do

• Lead SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize warehouse management solutions across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, business process design sessions, architecture reviews, and solution governance activities.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules, collaborating with functional and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing, defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Manage stakeholders, provide project status and risk reporting, and mentor consultants and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including strong SAP EWM expertise and at least three full-lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience leading SAP EWM workstreams or project teams and working with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Hands-on configuration experience with warehouse structure, storage, inbound and outbound processing, putaway, picking, inventory, labor, wave, yard, cross-docking, RF, handling unit, and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, SAP integration, functional specifications, process documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice to have

• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience with embedded and decentralized EWM, SAP S/4HANA migrations, warehouse automation, or SAP Activate.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, logistics, pharmaceutical, or aerospace industries.
