Lead, Talent Development (AI)

Location: Remote, US; travel up to 10% domestically or internationally. Candidates for this US role must meet applicable US export-control and government-contract eligibility requirements.

Base salary: $128,445–$183,450 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the talent development strategy by diagnosing capability and performance gaps with People Business Partners and business leaders.
• Design, facilitate, launch, and measure development experiences for audiences ranging from new hires to executives.
• Build leadership pathways for new managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent.
• Create career development paths for technical experts, including scientists and engineers who advance as individual contributors.
• Embed AI-enabled coaching, practice, personalized development paths, and manager tools into employee development.
• Scale the enablement ecosystem through internal experts, vendors, learning budgets, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping talent development or enablement programs in high-growth technology, engineering, or similarly complex organizations.
• Hands-on AI fluency across needs analysis, content design, delivery, and measurement, including experience building or shipping AI-enabled learning tools or experiences.
• Strong judgment about when to build, buy, or not intervene, with experience operating as a function of one or close to it.
• Exceptional facilitation, consultative, influencing, prioritization, and senior stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to define meaningful development KPIs and connect outcomes to business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or background in instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, or industrial and organizational psychology.
• Experience developing research, scientific, or engineering populations at both individual-contributor and manager levels.
• Experience with organizational scaling, role evolution, reskilling, operational excellence, or structured early-career and rotational programs.
