What you will do

• Direct the strategic planning, operational management, budgeting, and resource management of enterprise-wide Talent Development programs.
• Lead complex Talent Development projects and programs from planning through delivery.
• Design and implement performance management, performance improvement, employee orientation, leadership development, team development, and organizational effectiveness solutions.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align development solutions with organizational priorities, values, and culture.
• Use metrics and analysis to evaluate HR practices, revise strategies, and improve operational performance.
• Select, orient, train, manage, and develop Talent Development staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor and directing HR objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Experience working in multifunctional environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong operational management, budget planning, stakeholder management, and resource management skills.
• Expertise in HR principles and practices, including applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee matters, guide performance and development, make data-driven decisions, and understand the healthcare landscape.
