Group Head of Finance (Legend)

What you will do

• Lead a 25+ person, multi-location finance function covering financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and payroll.
• Evolve the finance operating model, including organisational structure, process ownership, systems, controls, and scalable ways of working.
• Redesign, standardise, simplify, and automate end-to-end finance processes and systems while improving efficiency, controls, and data quality.
• Establish SLAs, controls, KPIs, and clear accountability across the finance leadership team.
• Lead post-acquisition integration across reporting, controls, systems, data, and ways of working.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial and operational issues into business decisions.

Requirements

• ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified experience in senior finance leadership.
• Experience leading sizeable, multi-functional finance teams across multiple disciplines, locations, and jurisdictions.
• Deep operational knowledge of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and payroll.
• Proven experience transforming and scaling finance functions through process redesign, automation, systems improvement, controls, governance, and process ownership.
• Strong finance systems capability, including experience translating operational requirements into systems design; ERP or Workday experience is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams through organisational change, acquisition integration, or work within a larger group finance structure.
