Technical Program Manager, M&A

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for candidates based on the East Coast or able to work Eastern hours.

Annual total target compensation: $118,100–$219,400 for Zone 4, up to $162,900–$302,400 for Zone 1, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with acquiring and acquired organizations, analyzing infrastructure, systems, data flows, integration points, and redundancies.
• Facilitate application rationalization and determine which platforms should be consolidated, retired, or migrated.
• Gather requirements, map business processes, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Design process and data migration strategies and manage merger and migration project execution.
• Create runbooks, technical documentation, schedules, work breakdown structures, status reports, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, resources, communications, risk mitigation, change management, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience managing IT and business applications programs within a technology company.
• PMP certification and experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of technology environments, systems architecture, software design principles, system interactions, deployment, integration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Business analysis experience covering requirements elicitation, process and data analysis, gap analysis, and process flow diagrams.
• Ability to collaborate across culturally diverse teams, identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience managing vendors and leading enterprise technology integrations or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including application consolidation, migration, or integration initiatives.
• Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Experience working with global cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
