IT Manager, SAP Delivery Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Must be able to work up to five days in the office when required and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Annual salary: $158,310–$175,900, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery for the Finance and Accounting Reinvention program, from planning and requirements through deployment, hyper care, and stabilization.
• Coordinate Finance, Accounting, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, data, integration, testing, change, and operations workstreams.
• Drive delivery across Agile Release Trains covering SAP configuration, integrations, data, analytics, reporting, AI, enablement, and change management.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate system integrators, business advisors, software vendors, and internal teams to maintain delivery accountability.
• Support organizational readiness and the transition to future-state processes, systems, roles, and operating practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in IT delivery, program management, enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale business technology modernization.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year transformation programs and matrixed teams across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, data, integrations, testing, and operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, finance transformation, ERP modernization, or large integrated platform programs is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise delivery lifecycles, Agile at scale, SAFe, hybrid delivery models, governance, vendor management, controls, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, and risk management.
