Low Voltage Technician (USA)

Location: On-site in the USA

Salary: €3,200–€5,470 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Perform on-site cabling activities in hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.
• Execute pre-cabling work, including cable pulling, labeling, routing, and copper cable patching.
• Complete post-cabling fiber and copper connections and drop-and-connect operations in production environments.
• Patch and dress fiber and copper cabling according to customer standards and project requirements.
• Support server rack connectivity and structured cabling infrastructure deployment.
• Follow operational, health and safety, security, and installation quality requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with structured copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Experience with cable pulling, labeling, patching, and cable management.
• Practical on-site installation experience in data centers, telecommunications, low-voltage, construction, or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and network cabling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate, organized installation work.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments.
• Experience with fiber testing and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OTDR and VFL testing tools.
• Additional experience with network cabling and connectivity infrastructure.
