Senior Program Manager — Software Programs (AI)

Location: Draper, Utah, United States

Base pay range for other cities and states: $124,100–$182,050 per year. Compensation may also include variable pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-product programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, security, PMO, and distributed workstreams.
• Present program status, trade-offs, and risks to executive and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Apply and improve Agile processes with Scrum Masters and engineering leads.
• Adapt plans, quality gates, and accountability for AI-agent participation across the software development lifecycle.
• Build or configure AI-powered tools for program analysis, monitoring, and execution control.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of program or technical program management experience, primarily in large software companies.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and working directly with executive and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-native SDLC governance, validation checkpoints, and risk controls.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring AI-powered tools for program analysis, monitoring, or control.
• PMP certification and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
