• Consult with clients on succession planning, tax planning, and related business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on the size and complexity of each engagement.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members.
• Build opportunities for clients, communities, and colleagues through industry expertise and professional events.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm; 10+ years is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification; a JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Experience driving strategic management and solving complex issues with practical solutions.
• Passion for public accounting and tax.
